The short version
e-f is a planning tool under active development, offered as-is. Your account is your responsibility, the AI features are a helper and not a source of truth, and the human always has the final say.
What the service is
e-f is a workspace for capturing thoughts, planning around the energy you actually have, and keeping daily life visible. It is in private preview, which means features change and occasionally break while it is being built — openly, on the public roadmap.
Your account
You sign in with Google, so keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for what you store in your workspace and for anything done through your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use e-f for anything unlawful, and don't try to disrupt the service or other people's workspaces. Shared household features are for people who actually share a household.
AI features are a helper, not an authority
Capture summaries, task breakdowns, and Zola's suggestions come from an AI model and can be wrong or invented. Nothing happens on a suggestion until you confirm it, and your own edits always win. Don't rely on AI output as the only record of something that matters.
Third-party services
Sign-in and optional calendar sync run through Google, and AI features run through Anthropic. Their own terms apply to those services; e-f is not affiliated with either.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. During active development, data shapes and features may change; the sync system is built to protect your work, but backups of anything critical remain your responsibility.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, e-f is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the project grows; the date above moves when they do. Continued use after a change means the new terms work for you. Questions: t@tapps.email.
